The SPIELO brand represents a complete range of end-to-end gaming products for diverse gaming segments, including distributed government-sponsored markets, commercial casino markets, and Amusement With Prize (AWP) markets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consistently achieving annual revenue targets through sales activities in Canada by proposing solutions, negotiating pricing and term agreements, and closing the contracts.
• Bring IGT solutions to customers through knowledge of IGT Digital Casino products and services, including game hardware and software.
• Develop and execute business plans for customers in Canada
• Ability to work independently with business goals in mind, strong organizational and time management skills.
• Work collaboratively with IGT internal partners (Program Management, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Compliance).
• Develop and own relationships at all levels of the customer organization; identify key decision makers and foster executive level relationships between IGT leadership and critical customer contacts
• Prioritize activities with a focus on customer engagement and revenue attainment
• Respond in a timely manner to customer concerns, questions, and requests
• Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape; share findings within IGT organization
• Analyze and monitor IGT game performance, sharing data internally.  Use IGT performance tools to anticipate game adjustments in the field.
*  Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing the mix of games offered for Digital Casino to our customers. 
*  The position will support the daily operations and make recommendations for the Games offered to our external partners.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s in business or related field or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience
* 3+ years of experience in a business discipline which could include experience in business development, consulting, marketing, sales, partner management, finance, legal, or relevant product development/software engineering experience that included external-facing engagement with customers/partners.
* Planning and Strategy: Business strategy and market development expertise with analytical and business modeling skills. Strong 360-degree strategic thinking is critical to success in the role.
* Passion: Create great end-to-end customer experiences, including services that open new growth opportunities and innovations in business models and partner alliances.
* Negotiation and Communication: Ability to think and react in real time while dealing with global partners that have missions that may not align with our own. Finding ways to create that alignment or bridge the gap to create successful long-term partnerships.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively articulate the features and functions
* Ability to develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations
* Ability to travel for in-person customer visits. Travel is expected to be ~10-15% of overall schedule.
* Must be able to obtain gaming licenses in all required jurisdictions
* Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
