IGT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and implement the TA strategies for the LAC Region. Working together with your hiring partners you will identify, select, and hire candidates using the best market practices, all while maintaining open and continuous communication with the partners involved in the process.


  • Be responsible for the TA cycle for Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Build and implement pivotal initiatives to recruit talent according to the needs of each market.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and the interview panels to ensure that requirements and expectations are understood, and they meet the organization's standards. Also, coordinate and schedule those interviews.
  • Work to develop recruitment strategies that allow searching and choosing active or passive talent.
  • Share market trends and metrics to HR Business Partners & Hiring Managers.
  • Be a true recruiting specialist and advisor to your hiring partners.
  • Develop and run personnel / employment / recruiting programs.
  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources to advertise and post positions.
  • Promote the company brand to candidates and vendors
  • Develop talent networking and processes to support a solid portfolio of qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
  • Implement the Global TA process considering the local regulations for site.
  • Ensure that the forms and offer letter forms are updated.
  • Document the candidate evaluation process and interview processes.
  • Conduct employment background checks.
  • Work with vendors and / or representatives of Internet websites while conducting employment advertising campaigns. And request the corporate approvals for it.
  • Represent the organization in external activities.


  • 5 years as a recruitment specialist
  • Experience recruiting at all levels, different markets and in high number of vacancies
  • University degree in careers such as Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related
  • Best market practices of TA
  • Psychometric & competences assessments
  • Competency interviewing
  • High level of English
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate
  • Ideal - SuccessFactors or other ATS experience
