Responsibilidades

  • Responde a las llamadas entrantes de clientes, minoristas y clientes de loterías
  • Responde llamadas brindando un servicio rápido, preciso y nivelado a los Clientes, que incluyen: activación de tarjetas, reemplazo / restablecimiento de PIN, tarjetas perdidas y robadas y conversión de cupones.
  • Responde a las llamadas de los minoristas para proporcionar un servicio rápido y preciso que incluye descargas, solicitudes de suministro, solicitudes de envío, resolución de problemas y escalada de problemas.
  • Diagnostica y soluciona problemas y toma las medidas adecuadas.
  • Promover y mejorar las excelentes relaciones con los clientes.

Requisitos

Diploma de Secundaria o equivalente.

1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente dentro de un centro de llamadas o industria comparable preferida.
Capacidad para operar una computadora y navegar a través de funciones, habilidades básicas de entrada de datos, sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, sólidas habilidades de servicio al cliente
