Role Overview


We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate, talented, and driven localisation producer to join a successful team to help develop and deliver the next generation of interactive mobile, tablet, and desktop web-based gaming products. We have a collaborative and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with game producers, software engineers, quality assurance engineers and other team members in the creation of games for an international audience.


Based in Manchester (Salford Quays) and working closely with teams in the U.K, U.S and China you will be tasked with coordinating all localisation-related aspects of game projects from inception to delivery.

•    Work with game producers, artists, engineers, designers, QA, and project managers to drive on-time delivery of high-quality games, through planning and coordinating all localisation-related aspects of game projects.
•    Work with external vendors and internal resources to develop and execute on budgets, timelines, and statements of work.
•    Drive the coordination of the activities and alignment of multi-disciplinary team members to achieve project delivery both internally and externally to studio.
•    Develop, track and report on project progress, resource, staff, assets, schedules, and project metrics.
•    Regularly provide feedback on gameplay as it could relate to player communication and localisation issues.
•    Facilitate the flow of information among team members on assigned projects.
•    Participate in removing project barriers and roadblocks.
•    Identify and communicate project risks and instigate contingency plans.
•    Review the delivered results and the team’s performance and adapt as necessary.
•    May work on multiple projects of high complexity in tandem.




•    Experience with HTML, JSON, XML and/or XLIFF file formats
•    Strong Excel and MS Project skills
•    Experience with bug tracking software 
•    3 to 5 years of experience in managing technical projects
•    2+ years of experience managing complex localisation projects
•    1 to 2 years of experience managing online and/or mobile and tablet games
•    1 to 2 years of experience managing projects involving co-located international teams
•    Experience with JIRA
•    Must be familiar with project management techniques and methods
•    Track record of successful delivery of quality product through consistent milestones
•    Must have strong oral and written communication skills
•    Must have strong organisational skills


Advantageous skills


•    CAT tool experience a plus
•    Basic knowledge of one or more foreign languages helpful
•    Knowledge of the gambling, gaming, or lottery industry helpful
