Under indirect supervision, this position performs general warehousing functions and various duties related to the daily operation of the Instant Ticket Distribution Facility.  Acts as a backup to the Instant Ticket Warehouse Supervisor.

  • Accurately and efficiently picks, packs, and labels Lottery Instant Ticket orders for shipment to retailers
  • Verifies orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Processes packages on automated shipping system.
  • Monitors stock level of order production lines and replenishes inventory as needed.
  • Assists the Telemarketing Team with Retailer return and supplies requests.
  • Picks, packs, and ships Point of Sale supplies according to Lottery Field Staff requests.
  • Conducts Instant Ticket returns and processes inventory accordingly.
  • Unloads and verifies incoming shipments and moves to appropriate storage areas.
  • Processes end of day courier shipment manifests.
  • Loads outgoing shipments into corresponding carrier’s truck                                                                                                                        
  • Operates and maintains various material handling equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks and utility carts.
  • Maintains filing and document retention.
  • Researches and resolves inventory, shipping, and packing issues.
  • Maintains organized, clean safe work area.
  • Performs additional duties assigned.


• Acquiring basic knowledge of some IGT production or game prep operations workflows and their material / material handling requirements • Acquiring basic knowledge of some IGT products in the department unit of which they are a part • Acquiring basic level proficiency with some relevant ERP tools • Acquiring basic knowledge of / skills in the content areas of: -Warehouse equipment operation -Material / part types and functions and associated handling requirements -SAP documentation transactions associated with material movement -Physical warehouse layouts and material locations -Types and content of production order documentation -Casino Services prep operations • Typically has 3-to 5-years of material handling experience with warehousing / inventory control • High School diploma or equivalent

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $14.47- $31.01. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
