IGT is searching for a Project Manager to join our collaborative Game Development Studio in Macquarie Park. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and managing all aspects of new product development projects.

As a Studio Project Manager, your responsibilities will include

  • Collaboration with development teams and studio leaders to create realistic project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Monitoring, controlling, and managing all aspects of game development projects
  • Identifying project risks/issues, developing mitigation plans and escalating issues to senior stakeholders when appropriate
  • Coordination of project tasks for multi-disciplinary agile development teams in a Scrum Master capacity
  • Reporting and presenting the status of assigned projects to the senior stakeholders and management
  • Creation and maintenance of project related data within IGT project management tools
  • Supporting and contributing to PMO initiatives, processes, standards, and templates

To be successful you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or management discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing software development projects
  • Experience working within an agile development environment in a Scrum Master capacity
  • PMP certification preferred, or willingness to seek PMP certification
  • Experience with project management tools such as Clarity PPM, Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and regulatory requirements a plus
