Overall Purpose and Objective:

Responsible for developing a logistics strategy to optimize product delivery to customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary liaison between our Call Center, operations, Field Service group and Lottery sales team. 

• Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect Field Service installs, removals, and available inventory.

• Provide regular logistics plans updates to internal and Lottery management teams. 

• Creates Field Service dispatch cases as needed.  

• Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.  

• Operates across multiple functions and interfaces with internal and external customers and suppliers.

• Coordinates the scheduling and dispatching calls within the field service team.

• Directs telephone calls or written inquiries to appropriate personnel. 

• Redirects service calls to best align with priority and customer escalations. 

• Maintains vending key inventory, shipping replacement keys to retailers.


• Associates Degree or related

• 2-4 years’ experience

• Customer service a plus

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Call Center, Fieldservice or Operations background and experience

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,200 - $97,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
