Role Overview


We are looking for Product Sales Specialist and you will be primarily responsible for serving as the primary contact for video poker products on a casino floor. You will use your product knowledge and expertise to manage and maintain all aspects of the Video Poker product on casino floors. You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and partner closely with our Account Executives and Account Managers to win new business. 

 

You will be instrumental in leading in depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers – and building and executing against our go to market strategy for our video poker and keno products.

Responsibilities

 

•    You will promote and sell video poker products, including machines, game conversion, parts and progressive equipment as they all relate to Video Poker.
•    You will lead product knowledge, expertise and geographical trends on video poker products.   
•    You will be the liaison between sales, product management and marketing to provide insight into customer needs, sales KPIs and competitive threats
•    Educate operators on best practices for Video Poker.  This includes the proper and optimal setup of all video poker product’s paytables, denominations, game families for both new and old games including multi-hand and single hand themes
•    You will work closely with operators to ensure new games have been installed and configured properly for optimal profitability, while maintaining IGT poker standards.
•    Analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities to grow various games/segments.
•    You will work with Video Poker Operations team to manage account billing and troubleshoot billing issues including the delivery, explanation and collection of backbills.
•    In addition to poker, you will educate operators on the various Keno offerings.  Help strengthen/grow segment by making recommendation setups, determining top award liabilities, progressive options and other particulars
 

Qualifications


•    Three or more years of client facing experience at a leading technology, payments or management consulting firm or equivalent.  
•    Experience presenting to senior level business leaders
•    A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners. The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured fast-moving environment. 
•    A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision 
•    An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
