Role Overview

 


We are looking for a Manager Pricing to support the development and execution of pricing strategies and structure for both recurring and non-recurring revenue streams as well as direct comprehensive deal analysis to support Sales and Product Management teams as well as manager a team of Deal Analysts. 

 

You will participate in leading the process to drive pricing decisions for a variety of complex product lines and markets on a global basis. 

 

This opportunity also has a high degree of visibility to the senior leadership team and offers many opportunities to influence the direction of a market-leading gaming company through the creation and management of corporate standards, policies, best practices and operating parameters relative to product pricing.  
 

Responsibilities

 

•    Lead the deals desk practice worldwide, ensuring consistent approach, management, administration & communication through the management of a team of deals desk analysts based in international locations
•    Manage the analysis of non-standard and large complex deals including discounting, deal structure, business terms and identification of potential risks and/or opportunities that can affect performance, growth and strategic positioning
•    Personally serve as a trusted advisor to field sales on deals
•    Responsible for the development, delivery and execution of corporate standards, policies, best practices and operating parameters around deal analysis, discounting and Governance
•    Responsible for the development and execution of data and fact-based monitoring and metrics to track deals desk operating efficiency and deal structure/discounting effectiveness.
•    Manage and facilitates internal approval process and ensures compliance with relevant operational and deal approval policies.
•    Build productive relationships and feedback loops with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Legal and Finance teams
•    Manage the process of evaluating and implementing analytical and process flow tools/software to improve operating and analytical effectiveness and controls. 
•    Extracting appropriate financial elements from business deals/contracts

Qualifications


•    8+ years of strategic financial analysis experience, including pricing strategy analysis
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
•    Ability to perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling (ROI, NPV, IRR, DCF)
•    2+ years of employee management experience with cross-functional collaboration
•    Expert analytical capabilities and the ability to distill complex findings into simple, actionable insights or recommendations
•    Experience with business intelligence, data mining, modeling, and database tools; expert skills with MS Office products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
•    Experience in designing, administering, and utilizing pricing-related processes and research
•    Experience with a variety of pricing dynamics, preferably within a multi-tier, global pricing environment; ability to understand and articulate long-term impact of pricing decisions
•    An ability to think through company-wide strategic issues, as well as sales strategy and tactics
•    Disciplined project and team management skills
•    Credible, influential communication skills - verbal, written and presentations
•    Experience interacting with senior sales and executive management on a regular basis
