Role Overview

 

We are looking for a high energy, innovative Head of Delivery to lead a team focused on digital delivery of customer-centric products and services. This is a Senior Director position and you will report into the Vice President of PlayDigital Technology.

Responsibilities

 

o    You will lead a team focused on digital delivery of customer-centric products and services
o    Deliver quality, repeatable, reliable, and scalable solutions on time and within budget
o    You will serve as the primary escalation for customer inquiries and concerns
o    Ensure the PlayDigital “product on-shelf” approach is followed by efficient and flawless delivery of solutions and services
o    Recommend best practices for “product-on-shelf” based on competitive insights and customer feedback
o    Build positive and productive working relationships – the core values at IGT – through close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders
o    You will lead multiple delivery teams, across several countries & time zones
o    Plan product priorities together in close collaboration with product management and product technology functions
o    Work closely with Sales, Marketing and IGT Regional teams to identify opportunities, supporting them throughout the RFP process and potentially engaging in pre-sales benchmarking
o    You will lead customer negotiations for delivery priorities, change requests, contracts, service level agreements, statement of work, and other necessary obligations of as product and services supplier
o    Operate within an Agile methodology
o    Synchronize the development cycles across the organization. Ensure processes and practices are in place for continuous exploration, integration, and deployment.

o    Partner with Solution Manager, Solution Quality Manager and IGT teams outside of PD such as InfoSec, Compliance and Data Centre operations to apply preventative maintenance and security best practices
o    You will guide the Regional Services Managers in best practices around software maintenance, security maintenance and preventative maintenance
o    Create and own execution strategy for any System Delivery. Full knowledge of the current PD tech stack of Customer, future PD stack, latest State Regulations impacting Digital solutions, any upcoming RPFs for that site. Custodian of site-specific PD Environment Architecture and latest Bill of Materials.
o    Ensure the Solution has built-in quality and preserves the integrity of the PlayDigital Product Stack 
o    Evaluate team performance and develop training needs

 

Qualifications


o    Undergraduate degree is required 
o    5+ years in Lottery / Gaming technology 
o    English language fluency
o    Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration.
o    Demonstrated success with agile methodology
o    Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment on multiple projects
o    A strong sense of urgency, action orientation, drive for results and pragmatism are a must 
o    Demonstrated ability to develop practical solutions to address complex organizational challenges 
o    Ability to influence 
o    Strong project management skills, must have ability to initiate project plans and balance multiple changing deadlines and priorities delivering on or ahead of budget and schedule 
o    Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
o    Demonstrated ability to initiate and serve as the subject matter expert building credible relationships quickly.
o    Excellent learning agility – ability to digest information quickly, apply existing knowledge in new makes, make connections across different areas and identify key questions / areas to explore
o    Must attract great talent and build effective teams
