Responsibilities

Supervises cafés day to day needs, set standards. General Role Ensures cafes are staffed and are up and running. Prepares for each day ensuring that the food production is ready for all customers internal and external. Keeps employees up to speed with information needed for daily operation to run efficiently. Interacts with Manager to ensure that site has all product needed for daily Café operations. Notifies manager of any problems or questions that may arise. Fills in wherever needed, work after hour events.

Supervises:

  • Daily menu planning 
  • Daily food preparation
  • 2 Employees
  • Deals with any question or concerns of employees and customers
  • Handles special requests
  • Fixes any problems or concerns  
  • Maintains equipment

Supervisor task:

  • Food preparation
  • Internal billing
  • Petty cash log
  • Work with Management to plans weekly menu
  • Deals with vendors
  • Purchases products
  • Maintains equipment

General Tasks:

  • Assists/prepare food each day as needed

Breakfast:

  • Fruit Cups
  • Parfaits
  • Muffins Scratch Made
  • Assorted Bagels


Lunch:

  • Pre-Made Salads 
  • Soup
  • Deli needs 
  • Bread 
  • Preps Desserts 
  • Set up functions
  • Waits on customers
     

Qualifications

  • 2 Years Culinary Experience
  • 2 Years Management Experience
  • Must have basic computer literacy (i.e. working knowledge of 
  • Microsoft word, Excel, Internet explorer)
