The Sales Operations Department is a team of people who have real passion for what they do and are masters at their craft. We are looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the team. As IGT’s product portfolio has grown, our Salesforce environment continues to scale with it. You will be the first line of defense for operational questions and from both our Sales Product Specialists and Product Owners. The ideal candidate is looking to

3) Show a fundamental understanding of how users interact with Salesforce and the best ways to enable their success.


* Tending to the everyday requests and questions from both Sales and Product on Salesforce
* Administrative tasks on Salesforce, including but not limited to assigning user profiles, reviewing access, creating fields, workflows, etc.
* Participating in our agile development process with our team of Salesforce developers to design, test, and implement new features on Salesforce
* Interviewing business users (Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance) to understand their processes and identifying where we can add features/workflows to make their jobs easier
* Act as an informal mentor to other SFDC Admins on the team, especially Associate/Junior level; this may include training and shadowing
* Bring a code “second” mentality by offering out of the box functionality and options before introducing code.
* Be involved within the Salesforce community by keeping up to date with their quarterly releases and communicating the impact to our org.


* Have 8+ years of Salesforce administrator experience doing things like designing, configuring & maintaining security/sharing rules, permission sets, field level security, record level security, roles and profiles.
* Administrated Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or Community Cloud platforms
* Administrated Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and/or FinancialForce applications
* Think in terms of simplicity and scalability in Salesforce. 
* Have a knack for listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into action
* Experienced with Change Management Strategies & Solutions 
* Experience with Agile development practices and a sprint delivery model
* You are a self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask challenge the current process
* Solutions and Results Driven – with a desire to continually improve efficiency
* Ability to manage projects and deadlines including team of consultants
* Experience working with large data sets and multiple databases
* Advanced business analysis skills - you are able to look at processes and how data flows, and understand the downstream business impacts of decisions
* Salesforce Admin/Advanced Admin certification required. Other certifications like Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1 can be substituted in lieu of.
* Experience designing complex Flows and utilizing Flow Orchestrator
* You have the ability to communicate technical info to both technical and non-technical audiences (written and verbally)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Tableau Analytics
* Experience with Copado
* Experience with SOQL/SQL - familiarity and comfort with querying data
* Tableau Desktop & Server/ Bower BI
* Marketing Cloud experience and certification
* Javascript, LWC, and Apex knowledge
