IGT Systems is searching for a Sr. Director of System Sales for the Western region in the United States, reporting to the Vice President of Sales Systems for the Americas.

IGT is the leader in providing casino operators the ability to create exceptional player experiences and grow revenues, transform and optimize employee and casino operations, through its award winning, modern, and proven casino management solutions.

The Sr. Director of System Sales will lead a team of System Sales professionals and will have overall sales responsibility for commercial, native American, and strategic accounts for the IGT Systems business in the Western region. This individual will possess significant experience in the gaming industry with a demonstrated track record of strategic selling skills, sales management and team development, complex multi-product “bundle” offers, and the introduction of innovation solutions into existing and new markets.  


• Overall responsibility for the creation and implementation of strategic sales strategies and plans aimed at increasing and maximizing IGT Systems product sales and recurring revenue, and growing the footprint of IGT ADVANTAGE.

• Effective management of the Systems Sales team (including the ongoing development and training of the sales team) and ensure close alignment and communication with the various Sales Specialist and Product management teams

• Ensuring the team’s adoption of IGT’s commitment to establishing a “customer first” culture – which involves ensuring we are listening, being very responsive and proactive to customers. This includes the effective communication, representation and presentation of IGT Systems portfolio of solutions to existing and potential customers.

• Ensure effective and efficient day to day account management, and long term account development of IGT’s customers within the territory, while ensuring alignment with the broader sales and services teams.

• Builds relationships with CEOs, COOs, GMs and senior executives of strategic customers/accounts where the ongoing relationship is critical to the success of IGT and the customer.

• Responsible for management of financial forecasts, sales funnel, risks and opportunities.  Works closely with Sales Ops and Support teams to establish and monitor metrics and KPI’s for optimal performance of the sales team, and valuable insights for business stakeholders.

• Effective collaboration, co-operation and communication with other key stakeholders including (but not limited to) Product Management, R&D and Services, Finance, Manufacturing, and Global Order Management.

• Experienced Sales leader with a proven sales track record, longer term business development capabilities and relationship management

• Minimum 10 years direct Casino Management System (“CMS”) sales experience or 10 years indirect CMS sales experience 

• Has extensive experience in the gaming industry and a deep understanding of the casino management system marketplace (business and financial, competition, macro and micro trends)

• Complex financial deal modeling, subscription and/or recurring software sales

• Expert knowledge of CMS solutions and their value generation characteristics 

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $162,800 - $225,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
