Overview

Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our growing IGT PlaySports team. This role is focused on driving positive outcomes for our portfolio of sports betting clients with a primary focus on our Enterprise/Named clients. The ideal candidate is customer-centric and a natural problem solver with the ability to become a trusted partner by adding value to the client relationship. This position will be responsible for driving increased revenues for existing clients by identifying needs and selling additional products and services. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Development, PlaySports.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for client retention and overall client satisfaction in close collaboration with the Sports Betting Operations team and the Sales Organization.
  • Pro-active communication with clients to ensure business needs are being met.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and as a key escalation point.
  • Identify opportunities with existing clients for new products and services to drive increased revenue.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Utilize CRM (SalesForce) and other tools to accurately track all activity.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B customer focused role with a sports betting supplier, gaming industry, or technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and work at a fast pace.
  • No impediments to obtaining a gaming license in relevant states.
  • Up to 30% travel based on business needs.
