•    Perform high value, ad-hoc research and maintenance projects related to customer and product commercial terms. 
•    Review legal agreements to gain understanding of commercial terms and collect data regarding customer and product specific discount information and purchasing thresholds. 
•    Ensure information accuracy in Salesforce CRM used by Sales and Order Management to draft sales orders 
•    Validate and research sales-related activities
•    Develop working relationships across the organization to better integrate Sales Operations with teams we support and that are supported by us. (i.e. other Sales divisions, Services, IT, Data Science, Legal, Finance, and Accounting)
•    Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks as assigned to support sales team performance management
•    Support sales team in data collection and interpretation of data to drive increased sales production


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interns must have completed at least 48 credit hours. 
  • Candidate should be able to start work during the summer and continue on a part-time basis (12+ hours/week) once the fall semester begins
  • Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams. 
  • Desire to learn about CRM tool Salesforce. Majority of work will be done in that tool. 
  • Desire to learn Salesforce specific credentials on 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
