Overview


This is a temporary hybrid role (anticipated duration of 6+ months) where you will work 50% from home/50% in the office, with an expectation your first month is in the office 100%. We are only considering candidates who reside in the Las Vegas, NV area.
 

IGT is currently seeking a highly talented Project Manager to lead process improvement projects with a focus on enhancing our existing CRM Platform and processes supporting the North America Sales Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations, this individual will work directly with global infrastructure resource team leads to ensure the successful completion of projects that will have a significant impact on efficiency and error reduction in our end to end sales process, forecasting and reporting deliverables. The team is comprised of entrepreneurial and highly experienced individuals and we are looking for someone with strong people skills that can excel at delivery and drive change!


Responsibilities:

•    Plan, manage, and execute delivery of complex sales process and commercial excellence projects
•    Development of project work plans specifying goals, responsibilities, scheduling, risks, and contingency plans.
•    Facilitate communication across multiple functional organizations, technology, teams, vendors, and finance
•    Create cross-functional project plans that include scope definition, schedules, stakeholder identification, resourcing, communication plans and risk analysis.
•    Work with internal and external customers to manage, set and communicate delivery expectations
•    Create business cases, product roadmaps, and requirements documentations as necessary
•    Project and portfolio reporting across all levels of the organization from detailed project activities to sponsors and executives
•    Organize and lead project status, agile ceremonies, and other working meetings
•    Track project performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met
•    Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment
•    Promote and evangelize Agile Transformation and continued adoption across the organization
•    Identify key people and implement appropriate process and tools to synchronize the activities of multiple teams working in agile methods
•    Produces resource/cost plans and estimates
•    Tracks costs to plan, and manages changes to plans
 

Requirements

 

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
•    Strong program management skills. You will be encouraged to coordinate and schedule multiple long-term projects at the same time.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software development projects with cross functional teams using Agile methodologies
•    Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors in projects, including resource planning, scheduling, progress tracking and reporting, and comfort with raising issues and escalating them to senior management if necessary.
•    Experience working independently with cross functional team of stakeholders and developers based on the project assignment.
•    We are seeking someone with strong Communication Skills, experience in Scheduling, Risk Management, Critical Thinking, Task Management, Tech Savvy and experience working in an Agile environment.
•    Strong data, metrics and analysis skills.
•    Strong customer focus and empathy.
•    Excellent communication skills, including the ability to converse at both a technical and business level.
•    Formal training and PMP certification. Agile Certification a plus.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $71,000-$165,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
