This position has a business orientation and is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic plan for Intellectual Property. The Legal Analyst is responsible for the defining strategic priorities for the development of Intellectual Property across the company and communicating it to multiple departments and stakeholders.  The Analyst will work with Product and Legal departments to define metrics to measure the success of the implementation of the strategy.  This role will engage various creative teams to create new inventions and manage the evolution of documents throughout patent or trademark processes.  IP in development will be tracked with and managed using various software packages and tools.  This position is to be located in Las Vegas.


* Assist Product, Legal, and key stakeholders to define the Intellectual Property strategy and roadmap 
* Set Metrics for the development of IP success  
* Work with multiple development groups to:
* Communicate corporate IP goals and key priorities
* Facilitate the development of new ideas
* Review and prioritize advancement of new concepts through the legal process
* Host brainstorming events to generate new IP
* Understand the companies IP portfolio and work on strategies to commercialize the assets via agreements and licensing with third parties
* Look at internal measurements to determine how the IP impacts the company operations 
* Tradeshows – Ensure all filings are completed before public disclosure


* 6 years of Gaming experience
* 4 years of IP development experience or Law Degree
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication software like Confluence and Sharepoint
* Outgoing and positive personality
