Overview & Resonsibilities

IGT is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Contracts Administrator in its legal department. The ideal candidate will (i) primarily collaborate with attorneys, sales team and internal business partners in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements with a focus on online gaming, sports betting, and tribal gaming customers; and (ii) assist with the organization and maintenance of customer files and document management. This position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel – PlayDigital, Sports Betting & Tribal Gaming.
 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications    
•    Associates Degree 
•    Paralegal Certificate
•    At least 6 years of contract administration or similar experience, and clear understanding of contract law
•    Law firm or in-house legal department experience
•    Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•    Self-motivated with ability to work independently and successfully as part of a team
•    Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts and issues effectively with all levels of management
•    Excellent organizational skills
•    Ability to multi-task and work quickly and collaboratively to meet established, often tight, deadlines
•    Strong written and oral communication skills 
•    Please note, JD and JD Candidates will not be considered

 

Preferred Qualifications    
•    Bachelors Degree
•    Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat (including AdobeSign), and Oracle SAP
•    Gaming industry experience
•    Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
