The Compliance Manager represents the company and leads its compliance efforts in defined regulatory markets by facilitating the introduction of new products, shortening time to market for products, fostering critical initiatives, intelligence gathering, and functioning as an authority in all regulatory matters for those defined markets. This position reports to the PlayDigital Compliance Senior Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and implement strategies, provide quality service, train and educate Regulators and educate IGT personnel, and provide support as necessary to achieve the Company’s goals.
  • Identify high risk product approvals in relation to revenue forecast
  • Maintain turnaround times to meet organization’s expectations

What You'll Provide

  • At least 5 years of experience in a management or very high level project management role preferably within the gaming industry (Prior experience as a regulator is beneficial).
  • The ability to clearly understand the Systems of Internal Controls and Regulations of subject jurisdictions.
  • Ability to evaluate all situations from the highest level down to the finest detail, and determine and direct appropriate actions at all levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing product rollout and detailed analysis and interpretation of critical information.
  • Expert negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Finely tuned professional demeanor.
  • Networking skills; ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with regulators and others in the industry.
