Overview


The Core Product Analyst supports the Core Product organization and Sales teams with strategic analysis that aids in growing IGT product market share. The ideal candidate is detail orientated, capable of collaborating with cross functional teams, and committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing landscape. The candidate will need a balanced focus in both strategy and financial analysis. This includes:

•    Preparing competitive analysis of product performance, GTM summaries, and market positioning
•    Developing and managing growth revenue KPIs and product dashboards via Tableau and Salesforce
•    Reviewing, analyzing, and offering strategic product performance, market share, penetration opportunities, and key growth drivers
•    Supporting the development of presentations, product tools, and customer touchpoints
•    Managing performance metrics for Core Account Managers and supply insightful product recommendations
•    Authoring market summary of product trends with install base and financial implications
•    Forging strong relationships with IGT account managers, Core account managers, and customers


This position manages prompt reports and updates to the Core Product team, monitoring install base trends, regional product performance reporting, and strategic opportunities. The Core Product Analyst will partner with key stakeholders to regularly supply data-driven analysis that propels increased Core product market share. 


The successful candidate will have a strong interest in gaming and proven aptitude in: 

•    How casinos manage and measure slot revenue
•    Supplying prompt and accurate data-driven strategic analysis and insights
•    Driving collaboration and excellence across business teams 
•    Proactively supporting process and system improvements
•    Effective interpersonal and presentation communication skills

Candidates with casino floor analytics experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements


•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Minimum of 2+ years relevant work experience
•    Experience in generating process documentation and reports
•    Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
•    Organized, independent, and initiative-taking with a balanced temperament to be able to switch rapidly between different projects and competing priorities
•    Highly analytical person with the ability to present problems and solutions simultaneously
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
•    Ability to travel on occasion

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000-$101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
