Summary

The Sales Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales team through analyzing data, providing insights and developing reports and dashboards. You will help with planning and implementing projects, analyzing results, diagnosing the business, extracting meaningful, actionable insights to support achieving IGT revenue targets.
The Sales Strategy team exists to ensure IGT Sales Management has the insights and reports needed to execute on initiatives related to revenue generation, product penetration and overall sale strategy. This data is the foundation from which decisions to optimize our product portfolio are made. Your role in the organization is key to this end.
 

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Strategy Analyst plans and implements projects that support the sales organization.
  • Work closely with sales, by liaising with gaming operations and product management departments to reach projected quarterly numbers.
  • Ad-Hoc Requests to help support the sales strategy and sales operations team.
  • Work with sales team to develop effective long-term customer account plans to build IGT’s long term partnerships and value we offer the customer.
  • Work with sales team to develop and continuously improve sales tactics for each customer, product, or service line for assigned customers to meet or exceed established customer-specific sales goals.
  • Create Sales Bonus Plans (SPIFFS) tied to driving incremental placements, machine sales, software and hardware sales, overall revenue generation to hit Quarterly and Year Targets.
  • Administer promotions to drive incremental MJP placements into the North America Install Base that will help to generate additional revenue for the organization.
  • Work with Sales team to create bundling opportunities across the Product portfolio at an account level.
  • Track, monitor, and report on key sales initiatives to ensure activities have been assigned appropriate ownership and are being executed in the field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • Financial Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics or Business Related
  • Gaming Industry experience with a gaming machine manufacturer or casino operations preferred
  • Has the ability to quickly develop expert knowledge of all or a majority of IGT products, reporting systems (Salesforce) and sales strategies 
  • Experience with Tableu required including building and progrmming in the tool set
  • SalesForce Einstein Analytics experience a plus
