Objective & Purpose

This position is responsible for making reliable tactical decisions with minimal intervention from senior management. Working closely with production, the Game Production Manager will manage the day-to day operations and ensure software created for instant ticket lottery games to be printed is error-free and delivered in time to meet the contractual delivery dates. They will make and implement recommendations with an objective to improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. They will also formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output without sacrificing quality and integrity. Leading by example, the Game Production Manager will ensure the adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.


  • Leads and motivates Game Production team of 12+ non-exempt employees.
  • Defines assignments and provides guidance to leads and coordinators; analyzes assignments into specific work flow processes for respective software staff. 
  • Plans and tracks progress. Oversees game testing.
  • Communicates progress and updates to teams and internal customers via regular written and verbal communications.
  • Provides Senior Management with input regarding projects, assignments, requirements, etc. 
  • Responsible for, in conjunction with Senior Management, staffing activities of department to include hiring, counseling, training, performance appraisals, etc.
  • Responsible for department Software requirements, testing, maintenance, licensing, tools/methods and quality.
  • Provides inputs to budget process. Responsible for reviewing all group expenditures, with some level of formal sign-off responsibility.
  • May serve as primary contact for one or more customers.  Addresses customer complaints and communicates directly with the customer when necessary.
  • Follows all Company policies, procedures and rules related to Information Security, Quality and Environmental.



Experience & Knowledge 

  • 5+ years of technical or gaming experience, Instant Lottery experience a plus.
  • Minimum 4-7 years management/leadership experience required.
  • Strong math background (probability and statistics preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
  • Experience with ISO and/or other Quality Systems.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent job experience).
  • Preference for Software Development Background
  • Full-time Opportunity located in Lakeland, Florida
