Responsibilities

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing customer support and oversight for assigned accounts. Collaborating with Account Managers and internal customers to initiate the job orders to produce instant scratch lottery tickets for a global market.

  • Responsible for providing ongoing assistance and support to the Account Manager in the development of game design recommendations for assigned accounts (draft artwork and prize structures).
  • Development of draft working papers, order trademark search and provide the results to the client.
  • Generate Working Papers for games and coordinate the internal review and proofing process. Send Working Papers to clients for signature and approval once the internal review and proofing process is completed. Work with the client directly to make any changes/corrections to Working Papers as necessary until a client sign-off is achieved. Upon receipt of client sign-off, provide executed Working Papers to operational departments.
  • Update the status of all executed and pending games in the production schedule and keep client informed of the status of games in process. Participate in weekly scheduling meetings and work in concert with the Account Manager to resolve any difficulties or conflicts that may arise.
  • Develop and process any collateral materials (oversize tickets, how-to-wins, pack inserts etc.) that are required. Provide contract proofs to the client and order collateral materials once approved. Review and sign off on collateral material proofs provided by outside vendors. Order the independent audits as necessary.
  • Prior to ticket production, proof front and back of ticket for content and graphic compliance with contract proofs signed off by the client. Resolve any issues that may arise with press personnel or production management. Complete production check list in conjunction with press sign-off.
  • Monitor games throughout the printing and packaging process for compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate shipping requirements with the purchasing department and prepare necessary End Of Game documents as required.
  • Occasional travel to clients for game planning sessions/marketing presentations.
  • Potential to be assigned project management responsibilities for small accounts to develop experience with the marketing of instant ticket products.
  • Follow all Company policies, procedures and rules related to Information Security, Quality and Environmental.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent field related experience.
  • Printing or Lottery industry experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical to be successful in this role.
  • Written and verbal skills in a foreign language a plus.
  • Attention to detail critical in role.
  • Above average math skills required.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required.
