Responsibilities

IGT is the leading gaming technological system provider in the world. IGT maintains sales, services and manufacturing sites around the globe. IGT Africa offers a full complement of these services and requires an assistant sales manager (Account Manager). The primary responsibility of the Account Manager will be to assist the Sales Manager to project manage new sales generations and to manage the maintenance and commitment requirements of currently generated sales and sales contracts. To technically analyze then support the current, re-curing and on-going contractual commitments of IGT Africa customers to ensure continuous improvement and cost effectiveness for IGT Africa and the customer. Where opportunities are identified, generate IGT Sales related to all aspects of the business, games, cabinets, systems and support. The Account Manager will be required to liaise and generate sales opportunities to a captured market and support the sales team through technical and project management skills. The role will interact mainly with external and current customers.

Qualifications

  • Formal qualification at Diploma/Degree Level at NQF level in Project Management/Sales Management/Business Administration will be advantageous.
  • Proffecient in Windows and Microsoft office programmes, with indepth knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
  • At least 3 years gaming experience of which 1 year must be related to slots management.
  • Excellent Technical understanding with the ability to communicate and interact with customers.
  • Must possess a valid passport and will be required to travel. National and International travel will be required
  • Able to obtain a Gaming License
  • Valid driver license and own transportation
