Overview

This role supports the point of sale process from creation to execution in the field.  We are looking for an indiviudal that is excited about joining in on the planning of our next advertising material and being the team player who assists with inventory management of those products as well.

Responsibilities

    • Source promotional items, build budgets quarterly, follow order processing by reviewing acknowledgements, setting freight costs, tracking deliveries, inventory management, allocation, and project management for kit promotions
    • Lead monthly POS meeting with Marketing recording all details on jobs to be created and share with attendees
    • Submit jobs into the Work Front project management system. Manage the weekly logistics report for all  items to ensure jobs are meeting deadlines
    • Monthly POS and Stock POS - Manage the deliveries, packaging, labeling, and logging all information on receivables into the Work Front jobs
    • Monthly allocation – set quantities each sales rep receives, review with the warehouse team member, and support the warehouse team to complete the allocation of goods when needed
    • Coupon management – receive and inventory coupons. Create tracking of allocation and distribution to sales team
    • Weekly, review winner awareness reports – create documents and submit jobs into Work Front to have printed. Weekly, print custom winners and allocate to the sales team in warehouse. Manage the production, delivery, and distribution of winner awareness banners
    • Manage POS orders - review POS orders, work with warehouse to create a weekly order log.  Support warehouse on pulling and packaging orders. Email communication with sales reps on progress of orders
    • Specialty Projects – As part of a team, brainstorm ideas for new POS, working on developing new pieces, implement in the field with sales reps as needed and discuss other options in findings meetings with reps
    • Manage POS in the warehouse. On a monthly basis, review and organize shelf, managing the turnover of dated material on the open shelf area
    • Back up warehouse – receive deliveries, pick orders when needed, assist sales reps to get orders or POS off shelf, create promotional item kits
    • Support POS pick up days in the warehouse along with team
    • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Three years purchasing, marketing or related experience
  • Strong work ethic, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a very precise and detail-oriented mindset in all areas of sales/marketing execution
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift 20lbs in warehouse environment
