Overview

This role supports the retail merchandising process from creation to execution in the field.  We are looking for an individual that is excited about becoming part of a team to design and produce creative marketing materials and premium giveaways in support of sales team focus.

Responsibilities

  • Source trendy premium giveaway items, negotiate pricing, build quarterly budgets, manage logistics, inventory, and ordering.
  • Lead and execute sourcing activities while maintaining compliance with company guidelines.
  • Build supplier relationships that generate value.
  • Project management of monthly retail merchandising focus. Utilizing Work Front project management system to enter jobs, manage weekly logistics reports, deliveries, and allocation of product to sales team.
  • Winner Awareness Posters & Banners – Manage the design, production, delivery, and distribution of winner awareness banners and allocate to sales team.
  • Specialty Projects – As part of a team, brainstorm ideas for new POS, working on developing new pieces, implement in the field with sales reps as needed and discuss other options in findings meetings with reps
  • Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements
  • Manage dated merchandising pieces in the warehouse.
  • Back up warehouse – receive deliveries, pick orders, assist sales reps with orders and merchandising material.
  • Performs special projects as assigned

 

 

Qualifications

  • Three years purchasing, marketing or related experience
  • Strong work ethic, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a very precise and detail-oriented mindset in all areas of sales/marketing execution
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift 20lbs in warehouse environment
