Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant II role will provide administrative support to the Division Sales Manager as well as the Lottery Sales Representative team and often works independently within established procedures to carry out job functions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Creates, maintains, and reconciles a variety of sales reports and documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for Key Accounts Manager/team, Division Sales Manager, and VP of Sales.
• Handles the lottery retailer licensing renewal process, including sending documents, setting reminder calls and reviewing and submitting necessary paperwork to the Hoosier Lottery Commission for approval.
• Maintains office supplies and submits monthly expense reports.
• Prepares weekly winner awareness posters and other promotional materials for the Sales team.
• Assists with meeting planning and execution by coordinating catering needs, developing decoration and refreshment ideas for themed meetings, light clean-up, etc.
• Assists Sales team with various paperwork, process guidance, reminders, etc.
• Assists Sales team via outbound calls to lottery retailers for sales matters.
• Facilitates the fleet vehicle process, including limited maintenance scheduling, vehicle inspections, and other related responsibilities.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a field related to the job.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision under tight time constraints.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $30,100 - $64,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
