Overview

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to work in our service center (similar to service desk) team in Helsinki, Finland. You will be providing front line help to our customers’ production environment. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be outgoing, enthusiastic, solution focused with interest in technology as well as very good customer service and communication skills.You will be working on multiple tasks at the same time so someone with great organizational skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first level of technical support to external and internal customers
  • You will conduct Incident, Problem and Change Management tasks within the ITIL framework
  • Escalation to 2nd level support and management if required
  • You will handle various service requests
  • You will create tickets and handle these tickets with a strong focus on customer service
  • You will liaise with 3rd parties in problem solving and operations development

Qualifications

  • Skills to work with Service Desk tools (MS Office, Jira, SharePoint)
  • Fluent in Finnish language and have good English skills.
  • Experience of working within a multicultural environment
  • Experience in writing documentation
  • Good organisation skills
  • Interest in problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience using a service management ticketing tool
