Responsibilities
IGT is looking for a Paid Media Specialist for an exciting role to join our growing and vibrant Growth Marketing Services team. As a crucial member of our B2C full-service digital marketing operations solution, you will lead customer-centric strategies for multi-product iLottery and online real-money gaming customers. The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the iLottery new player acquisition program is operating efficiently, effectively and driving the desired results. This includes providing support in the planning, design, launching and analysis of online player experience and paid marketing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, with excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Design, manage and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns across Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram), Paid Search (Google, Bing), and other ad platforms.
- Provide creative solutions to optimize KPI metrics, including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.
- Q/A all campaigns prior to deployment for accuracy in ad copy, links and tagging.
- Effectively manage the budget across paid channels for maximum results.
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance in UI & Google Analytics. This includes measurement toward key performance indicators and goals.
- Work with customer to build campaign marketing assets.
- Effectively manage the budget across paid channels for maximum results.
- Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results and advise on improvements. Testing ad copy, CTAs, customer segments, look alike audiences, customer match and new features intended to drive performance lift.
- Drive message and content personalization using available customer data such as customer behavior and transaction history.
- Constantly look for new ways to improve overall paid media programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns. Including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, project management, collaboration skills and the ability to drive results.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in delivering integrated media campaign strategies and subsequent reporting.
- Strong knowledge of the paid media landscape and trends.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the group.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200 - $133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
