We are seeking a passionate, adaptive, and pioneering professional that is ready to take their creativity and industry leading skills to the next level of gaming.  IGT PlayDigital is seeking a best-in-class  Sr. Product Manager part of the Innovation, Research and Customer Engagement team under the broader Platform products umbrella.


  • Conceptualize and drive user, market, customer research projects focused on developing critical insights for platform product suite.
  • Develop and present business cases, use cases, case studies, white papers, scenario analysis for critical features / major release or new product concept pitches.
  • Partner with product peers to keep stakeholders (internal and external such as key customers) abreast on specific milestone releases, along with key contributions during trade shows.
  • Deliver time-bound outcomes based on agreed OKRs by employing project management principles and methodologies across key stakeholders.
  • Be the voice of the customer to ensure the market requirements are included in the product roadmap across horizontal platform suite of products.
  • Actively lead initiatives that are critical to future success such as new product launch, early and continual customer engagement in a structured format


  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Customer facing Product specialist in online gaming / igaming domain.
  • 2+ years of experience in user, market, customer and competitive research along with actionable plan
  • Strong familiarity, knowledge, insights and awareness of trends as related to promotional tools, Progressive Jackpots, Promotional Jackpots, remote gaming platforms, engagement tools, DATA products such as Recommendation Engine etc.     
  • Demonstratable skills in interacting with customers and stakeholders to frame problems, conduct primary and secondary research, understand key strategic requirements, and priorities.
  • Ability to drive programs/initiatives/ projects as needed horizontally.
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree that provides a solid foundation across business / technical fields.
