Overall Objective and Purpose

The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales strategies are being effectively executed and achieving sales objectives; this position will implement sales strategies and marketing programs directed towards Retailers and Key Accounts which sell lottery products. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for optimizing sales by ensuring trade activities, plans and promotions are executed to increase brand marketing presence, visibility is maximized, and retailer expansion is ongoing to generate incremental sales.  This position is also responsible for compiling sales data and analysis, preparing reports, liaising closely with Sales Reps while providing sales administrative support of incentive programs, promotional activities, product launches, and retailer training.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the activation and execution of Sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve the business objectives for all products.
  • Ensure visibility plan execution across LILHCo Markets.
  • Responsible for the execution and performance of programs developed to improve visibility and marketing plan.
  • Cascade, effectively, the promotional marketing with the sales team
  • Contribute to achieving the sales goals and objectives of the Company and improving our market participation, retailer and consumer satisfaction
  • Visit retailers in field to implement the promotional plans for the retailers with special emphasis on key accounts for all trade styles.
  • Interact directly with Site and Office Manager in order to identify new Retailer opportunities and establish new relationships
  • Work with the Retail Sales Reps to assist with the execution of appropriate communication material for our brands
  • Work very closely with key accounts in order to develop promotions and communication in order to increase sales.
