IGT is in search of a fresh, new leader for the Michigan area to serve as a Field Services Supervisor. If responsibilities like leading a team, facilitating and/or participating in cross functional meetings, developing action items, and monitoring and reporting project milestones within the gaming industry excites you, then this is the career for you!

A day in the life of a Field Services Supervisor.

  • Trains FSTs on supervisory functions to assist in day-to-day operations and to provide backup support when not available.
  • Schedules FST's to ensure complete field coverage..
  • Conducts FST performance evaluations both directly with FST's (perform ride-along and prepare audit reports) and formally. Implements remedial training, disciplinary action, and incentive and rewards programs in accordance with IGT policies.
  • Follow IGT guidelines to deliver training programs to new hires or FST's requiring additional or continual training.
  • Measures and reports on performance improvements according to company practices.
  • Provide feedback to the training department to assist in keeping our standardized training program current and accurate.
  • Hires new personnel by recruiting/interviewing candidates.
  • Promotes existing personnel based on performance in accordance with IGT policies.
  • Oversees vehicle maintenance and has the responsibility to ensure that vehicle management procedures are being adhered to.
  • Coordinates major retrofit programs in the field including scheduling and other logistical planning with retailers, the FST staff, Lottery officials, and other IGT staff as required.
  • Enforces standard policies and practices. Evaluates recommendations from FST's for changes to policy and follows IGT procedures to modify standard or site-specific policies when appropriate.
  • Attend meetings with the lottery as directed by the Field Services Manager.
  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Two - three years experience servicing IGT equipment in the field is required. as well as project or team lead experience.
  • Candidate must have exceptional supervisory, organizational, leadership, and communication skills and must be able to command the respect of others. 
  • Must have demonstrated ability to teach, lead and objectively evaluate others in their roles as FST's. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of systems architecture and AC/DC fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SAP and strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of tools and experience using the tools is required.
  • Ability, flexibility, and willingness to work varied shifts, and travel to client sites as needed.
  • Must have the ability to maintain a neat appearance and to maintain personal tools for position.
  • Must be able to adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with compliance officers.
  • Valid driver’s license is required, must maintain an acceptable driving record throughout employment.
  • Must be able to pass a background screening, drug, & physical examination (includes lifting 50lbs)
  • Must have the ability to climb up and down ladders and work off ladders/roof occasionally.
