As a full-cycle Recruiter, you will partner with the global human resource team, business leaders and the global talent acquisition leadership team to implement best in class talent acquisition practices.  You will recruit for our game studio in Belgrade, Serbia.  Our branch in Belgrade has 350+employees and located at the Business Center Usce.  
 

The way we work:

 

You will work as part of global TA team more than 10+ people, consisting of highly experienced TA partners and international hiring managers as long with support of People Partners. You will be part of Belgrade TA team as our Devoted Talent Partner for Specific Business Unit. This will help you to have clear business goals, good team relations with specific hiring managers and overall flexibility and independency at your work. So to simplify you would have great overall team support with possibility to express you full potential both on day to day activities and strategic talent approach.

What will you do:

 

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels and within multiple business units
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting technical talent at various levels in a multi-site global organization
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to effectively source and identify both passive and active talent
  • Sourcing strategy will include cold calling, data mining, diversity initiatives, talent pipeline development techniques, network development, recruiting events, identifying internal talent for appropriate developmental opportunities
  • Develop and implement search strategy for passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social media tools
  • Develop, report, and present performance metrics and market trends to senior leadership team

Must have:

 

•    Experience in full life cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment
•    A demonstrable expertise in ad-hoc, complex web search string generation (i.e., optimized use of search engine-specific Boolean operators across all leading web data, social, and search platforms).
•    Extensive knowledge of social network platforms, online communities, conferences, and other potential sourcing pools used to isolate senior-level technical talent and emerging technologies (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Top Coder, etc.)
•    Experience in the development and analysis of recruitment metrics

Nice to have:

 


•    Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management Information Systems and Computer Science
•    Experience in the recruitment within tech industry (JavaScript, .NET, Java, C#, C++, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA etc.)
•    Active use of applicant tracking system (ATS),Success Factors and SAP experience a plus
