About IGT Pay:

IGT Pay is an integration product used by key IGT player platforms (digital lottery and casino, land-based casino, video lottery terminals, sports betting) to integrate payment service providers, providing cashless payment options for players as payment cards, e-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, etc.), instant banking and others. The product team, based in Belgrade, develops the product and delivers solutions to clients worldwide, in collaboration with other IGT teams and in contact with the clients from New Zealand to California.

What you’ll do:


•    monitor Jira tickets related to single player incidents
•    provide support for various problems/questions sent in emails
•    help with environments' troubleshooting

Must haves:


•    Similar working experience
•    Experience/expertise with the following technologies: SQL and Linux
•    Degree in a computer-related field
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills on English

Nice to have:


•    Experience with Web servers / containers (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss)
•    Docker/Kubernetes
•    Azure
•    Python
•    Shell scripting
