Overall Purpose and Objective:

IGT is looking for a motivated self-starter and e-commerce professional to be responsible for supporting our lottery customers to drive growth in their digital lottery programs. In this role, the individual will be accountable for building strong customer relations, defining and supporting growth initiatives together with other IGT digital subject matter experts. 

 

We are looking for someone with passion, energy, intellect and drive that can bring fresh ideas, an analytical mind and attention to detail to join our team in Europe.

 

Our branch in Belgrade has 250+ employees and located at Business Center Usce with team offices and great views.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Customer account management, building and maintaining relationships 
•    Understand and analyze the performance of digital lottery marketing processes and practices together with our customers
•    Formulate strategic growth plans for on-going digital lottery programs 
•    Develop initiatives improving player acquisition, experience and retention to deliver strategic plans 
•    Support deployment of growth initiatives
•    Connect and collaborate with IGT internal subject matter experts and engage them as needed 

Experience and Requirements:

•    5+ years proven expertise with an e-commerce, preferably in gaming industry
•    Experience in digital marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention preferred
•    Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Comfortable with analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights
•    Capability to define and manage strategic programs and break them down to tactical projects and initiatives
•    Good verbal and written command of English language, additional European languages are preferred 
•    Comfortable to work in global matrix environment and across multiple time zones
•    Readiness to travel internationally, but mostly in Europe
•    Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple clients and stakeholders
•    Highly motivated self-starter, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
•    Strong people skills, ability to interact with a wide range of personalities
