What you’ll do:


•    Supports the HR Manager in identifying key resources, processes of evaluation and development of employees, defining and executing employees’ development plans. Helps with the process of Succession planning for key positions, with creating compensation frames and plans, as well as benefits that serve to increase employees’ dedication and commitment.
•    Supports the HR Manager and internal clients during planning of required number of employees and their profiles
•    Analyses internal processes within the Human Resources Department and participates in their implementation to relevant structures
•    Participates in creation and implementation of plans to advance Human Resources Department
•    Along with HR Manager acts as a key point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding company policies and procedures.
•    Responsible for implementation of local regulations pertaining to employment, with help from experts
•    Takes part in defining and creating periodic reports related to human resources
•    Interprets and applies Human Resources Department procedures and defined policies, takes initiative, and does necessary activities in the field of human resources in agreement with his/her supervisor
•    Maintains and updates data from the area of labor relations and engagement in both written and electronic form
•    Supports the Recruiter during the process of recruiting and selection
•    Performs other related duties as required and assigned
•    Reports directly to HR Manager

Must have:


•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or other Human Science 
•    Minimum 2 years of experience working in HR Business Partner role or on similar positions
•    Advanced English language level
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Resources are available to help motivated candidates improve on this skill
