Responsibilities

  • Delivery of the Projects / Program Scope on Time and on Budget with agreed level of quality
  • Managing Customer Stakeholders (primarily their equivalent Program Managers and Project Managers) and Internal Stakeholders (ADM, site manager, etc.)
  • Handling all communications and escalations with the customer pertaining to the Program
  • Producing weekly reports on progress to Customer and Internal IGT Reporting (KPIs, Program summary and PMO)
  • Assisting in improving IGT processes in Managing Customer Programs
  • Assisting in reducing costs, increasing productivity and in delivering improved value
  • Takes responsibility for evaluating post project reviews and providing the results to the team and stakeholders
  • Manage/approve charges hitting assigned budget
  • Persuasively presents sensitive and complex issues to the management
  • Communication management both internally and externally to ensure consistent understanding

Technical Compentencies & Experience

  • Degree in Computer or Telecommunication Engineering
  • Knowledge of different software cycles (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Experience of more than 4 years (ideally with complex transactional systems)
  • Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Availability to travel
  • English spoken and written
  • French  or/and German spoken and written (desirable)
