Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Region I, the TN ADM is responsible for the overall facilities management account and direction of operational services for the assigned state. Responsibilities will include: data center operations, network communications, software services, retailer hotline support, field services, marketing, administration and overall growth of the account. The incumbent is also responsible for the optimal use of resources to maximize sales and profit potential and to meet all contractual obligations and service level commitments.

  • Develops and executes short-term and long-term strategic plans, and annual goals to achieve our Lottery customer's overall business and sales objectives.
  • Achieves established budgeted revenues and profit margins for all product lines within the jurisdiction.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships by demonstrating a clear "Customer First" attitude, and ensuring that philosophy permeates the entire operation's mindshare.
  • Negotiates major requirements, deadlines and concerns with lottery officials. Leads in the introduction of new games and system enhancements.
  • Engages and oversees vendor relationships and/or third-parties for services that may be outsourced.
  • Leverages corporate resources to facilitate data-driven analysis to support sales growth opportunities.
  • Sustains and builds customer satisfaction with the Company's products and services. Engages customer's participation in evaluating operational scorecard metrics and bi-annual customer satisfaction survey.
  • Leads local procurement activity response to defend, optimize and grow IGT's business footprint. Positions IGT for favorable consideration.
  • Manages a diverse staff, and focuses on development to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in related field, or equivalent level business experience.
  • 3 - 5years' experience, and must possess an in-depth knowledge of the Lottery industry and of the specific geographic market in which the business operates
  • Successful management level prior business experience in the appropriate geography, or transferrable cultural adaptation.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining positive client support relationships.
