Responsibilities

Here is what a day in the life of an Inventory Control Coordinator looks like:

  • Ensures security and accountability of inventory through SAP transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
  • Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Systematically and physically audits incoming and outgoing shipments during research to assure and accuracy.
  • Compiles and documents all transactions for daily data entry.
  • Communication with internal and external customers via verbal and/ or email to assure customer service.
  • Serves as a liaison between various business units including Field Services, Marketing, and Call Centers.
  • Monitors, reports, and escalates equipment and operational issues to appropriate business teams.
  • Performs associated work within Field Service, Shipping and various Warehouses.
  • Maintain stock in associated work areas in multiple storage locations throughout Georgia.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or 2 years of administrative experience required
  • Strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Has understanding of some IGT products
  • Understanding of SAP inventory and service management transactions
  • Attention to detail
  • Interface with carriers virtually and in-person
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control (Preferred)
