Position Summary

IGT is looking for a motivated self-starter and e-commerce professional to be responsible for driving the strategic direction and day-to-day business operations and support services for our digital lottery program in Georgia. In this role, the individual will be accountable for marketing initiatives to support internet sales, defining player marketing strategies and tactics, managing the execution, tracking marketing initiatives and reporting key performance indicators.

We are looking for marketing professional with passion, energy, intellect and drive that can bring fresh ideas, an analytical mind and additional experience to our existing team.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and maintain strategic growth plan for digital lottery program and develop marketing initiatives to deliver the growth.
  • Define strategies and tactics for player acquisition and retention, convert these plans into action with team of marketing professionals.
  • Find opportunities to improve player experience and develop initiatives accordingly to optimize product features, user interface elements and player journey flow.
  • Work together with technical organization to convert identified business needs to product requirements.
  • Maintain oversight of all site activity and metrics, looking for ways to improve digital channel performance by improving the user experience and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Lead marketing team of 8 professional marketers.
  • Communicate to the business and team members in a timely and effective manner during all phases of issue research and resolution.
  • Work with internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with team members to make recommendations on the best functional solutions for improving customer experience and optimizing revenue, while balancing business value, technical complexity and operational costs.
  • Report on key e-commerce, operational and customer support metrics to highlight successes, challenges and trends.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven expertise with an e-commerce website
  • Bachelor Degree; MBA a plus
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience on CRM and/or loyalty programs.
  • Excellent project and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of simultaneously managing critical initiatives, projects and production issues
  • Comfortable determining the needs of nontechnical users and working with programmers to test and deploy great solutions
  • Ability to build consensus across several stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, give as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and aid others to succeed
  • Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
