Responsibilities

Overall Purpose and Objective:
Responsible for the marketing activities in an assigned region, including but not limited to marketing research and developing and implementing marketing promotions and product training.


Principle Duties:
•    Serves as a liaison between company, lottery officials and retailers.
•    Develops and delivers classroom and virtual training to retailers, lottery officials and company staff on the operations of company equipment, technology and games.
•    Visits retailers to promote sales and provide customer service.
•    Develops training schedules and staff assignments.
•    Generates and reviews sales and training reports. 
•    Assists with field research and software testing.
•    Assists in the development and implementation of programs to increase sales.
•    Creates video training modules and/or webinar training classes for retailers and players.
•    Assists with equipment and program implementation and rollouts.
•    Assists with retailer and staff-related promotions and special events.
•    Creates, maintains and updates all training documents and reference guides for retailers and local staff.
•    Assists lottery personnel and internal business units by reporting, tracking and troubleshooting chronic retailer issues.
•    Participates in regional and statewide sales meetings/conferences.
•    Assists with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    5-7 years experience in a training instructor role
•    Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
•    eLearning, webinar and training video design experience
•    Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
•    Adequate knowledge of learning management software
•    Customer service and marketing or sales experience
