The Role

HR Co-Ordinator  – temporary (6 months) - Dutch Speaker

The focus will be on the administrative and operational side of the People (HR) and Payroll framework. There’s also room for setting up from scratch and expanding the People (HR) and Payroll framework. You get great pleasure from structuring existing processes; we have a lot of tasks for you to tackle right away

Why do we need you?

Because your advice on developing, (re)structuring and implementing is required on processes like creating or improving template letters (e.g. leave of absence, job change), agreements and policies & procedures. We do not need to explain to you the basic People (HR) and Payroll processes and procedures. On the contrary: you will be our advisor and guide

What does the job look like in reality?

-    Structuring People (HR) drive
-    Implementing process regarding insurance (from healthcare to liability)
-    Co-creating Employee Handbook

-    You know the Dutch labor law like the back of your hand
-    You’re not a stranger to ADP and SAP | Successfactors
-    The legacy you leave behind is a solid framework, a resource from which we can draw all the basic People (HR) and Payroll necessities

Your People (HR) and Payroll colleagues are working in a matrix structure and are based in Austria, Spain and in our Amsterdam office, at Sloterdijk Westpoort. When we meet each other during regular meetings through Microsoft Teams, we speak English, maar het is ook nodig om de Nederlandse taal te begrijpen vanwege de Nederlandse (arbeids-)regel- en wetgeving. During and outside these meetings, there’s room for sharing your ideas, feedback and laughter.
You will report to the Senior People (HR) Partner
What can you expect from us?

An international work environment in the gaming industry. This temporary job can be performed in a hybrid way, but do keep in mind that certain activities need to take place at the office. When you are in the office, you will have your own room

-    Full-time position (= 40 hours per week)
-    25 vacation days
-    8% holiday allowance
-    Pension
-    Collective health insurance
-    Commuting allowance
-    Working from home allowance
