Overview

 

The Product Manager will work directly with the Product team to ensure flawless execution of all product related initiatives solid transparent. Mississippi Residency required.

Responsibilities

 

  • Liaison between product development and marketing/sales communications;
  • Evaluate testing of promotions and game testing;
  • Work with ADM and Ops Manager to develop and maintain project timeline and activities associated to new draw and Scratch-off products, enhancements to existing products and terminal and 2nd chance promotions (i.e. operations, security, accounting activities);
  • Researches product ideas, develops and coordinates annual launch schedules, manages all production stages of the launch process and analyzes the game performance throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Manage Working Paper approval process for Scratch-Offs Games;
  • Develop and manage product resource documents, policies and procedures;
  • Assists internal and corporate resources to develop and manage Plan-O-Gram product positioning;
  • Develops and presents product and promotion review presentations for internal staff and Lottery customer;
  • Work with Product Director to develop relevant product content and claims statements for advertising agency product briefings, communications and other necessary education associated to products, and promotions;
  • Update ES Game Definition Parameters, pull data for tracking from ES;
  • Inform and educate internal staff on important aspects of products;
  • Works with Product Team to develop annual product plans to achieve annual sales goals and maintain a variety of Lottery products to reach each segment of the player market.
  • Analyzes game performance by tracking sales compared to historical data. Creates reports and communicates findings to management;
  • Performs other required tasks as assigned
     

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree in business or marketing preferred; equivalent experience acceptable;
  • Proven ability to work independently yet excel in a team environment including the ability to motivate and lead cross functional teams without direct line responsibility;
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Computer proficiency in word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines is critical;
  • Some travel required

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $67,200 - $164,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
